Senior Business Analyst (Mobile)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus or Tbilisi, Georgia. Hybrid work format with four days in the office and one day remotely.

What you will do

• Partner with the Product Manager from initiative scoping through delivery, breaking large initiatives into clear, deliverable iterations.
• Gather and structure requirements, creating PRDs with use cases, user stories, business rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain consistent requirements across iOS and Android within the product stream.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and align them with engineering leads before sprints.
• Run 3-Amigos sessions and maintain requirement clarity throughout development.
• Identify gaps, conflicts, and open questions across teams and streams, while keeping documentation current.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on a product team, including experience with mobile products.
• Strong functional and non-functional requirements gathering, structuring, and documentation skills.
• Ability to structure complex business logic and maintain consistency across parallel workstreams.
• Experience writing technical specifications and working directly with engineers.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST, mobile UX, navigation patterns, and UI constraints.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, identify missing information, and make or clarify decisions.

• Understanding of mobile monetization, engagement, and retention mechanics.
• Background in fintech, trading, or market data.
