What you will do

• Plan and deliver pricing projects to increase conversion, retention, and overall company income.
• Develop and approve behavioral models using machine learning and statistical techniques to improve predictiveness.
• Build and maintain datasets for modeling, pricing, and monitoring.
• Execute price optimization using innovative techniques and prepare recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Deploy and review rates into the live rating engine.
• Coach and develop Pricing Analysts within the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Retail or Risk pricing and price optimization.
• High proficiency in SAS for data manipulation.
• Experience with predictive modeling (Logistic Regression, GLMs, GBMs, Random Forests, Neural Nets).
• Experience in R, Matlab, Python, or Octave.
• Must be based in the UK for hybrid attendance in Eastleigh/Bournemouth.

Nice to have

• Experience using Emblem, Radar, or Databricks.
