What you will do

• Act as an Operation Project Manager to address technical requirements and maintain application configurations.
• Provide 3rd level support, incident, problem, and change management for application vendors.
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems to identify performance and functional bottlenecks.
• Contribute to the CI/CD chain for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments.
• Drive the transformation of legacy systems into a cloudified environment.
• Deploy and troubleshoot hybrid services across cloud and classic virtualization platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/NT environments, preferably in mobile data or Internet services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud operations, containerization, and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows, including GitOps (e.g., Flux).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments, scripting in Shell or Python, and Oracle/Elasticsearch.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or Grafana.
• English proficiency: Minimum B2 level required

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and basic Linux administration.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Ansible, Helm, GraphQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Background in software development, testing, or cloud capacity management.
