What you will do

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through prototyping, testing, and throughput analysis.
• Develop new projects with cost-benefit analysis to maximize production and equipment utility.
• Troubleshoot production issues and analyze root causes related to production techniques.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on manufacturing cost reduction and cycle time optimization.
• Monitor machinery and tools efficiency and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality.
• Prepare detailed product and process reports by collecting and analyzing data trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing (food, pharma, medical device, or biotech).
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Thorough understanding of machine shop and machine systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• English and Lithuanian language proficiency required.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania.

• CAD skills.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical/Automation.
