What you will do

• Design and ship live content including heroes, items, systems, and events
• Take end-to-end ownership of larger features from conceptualization to post-launch iteration
• Analyze live-ops data using ByteBrew and GameAnalytics to drive design decisions
• Own and refine F2P monetization design, including battle passes and IAP structures
• Create detailed design documents and specifications for engineering and art teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing live games, specifically mobile games with systems/economy or PvP components
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and working with spreadsheets
• Deep understanding of F2P mobile monetization strategies
• Proven track record of shipping and iterating on content in a live environment
• Excellent writing skills for design specs and patch notes
• Must be based in Denmark or within EU/EU-adjacent time zones

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Unity and ability to read C#
• Experience in project management and owning features through to release
• Comfort with community interaction and writing patch notes for Discord
• Passion for and experience playing auto-battlers
