Location: Remote (Must be based in Kazakhstan or Georgia)

What you will do
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and configure calculation models for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and transfer pricing.
- Implement distribution functions, simulations, and allocations in Cloud and On-Premise environments.
- Integrate and extract data from SAP BW, S/4HANA, and non-SAP source systems.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation and provide production support for troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (SAP PaPM).
- Strong proficiency in SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization.
- Experience across all project lifecycle phases, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
- English: A2+ required.
- Location: Must be based in Kazakhstan or Georgia.
Nice to have
- SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
- Experience with SAP Analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of ABAP and ability to read or debug code.
- Experience with SAP PaPM Cloud.
