What you will do

• Guide merchants through the end-to-end onboarding process from start to finish.
• Review and validate KYC documentation to ensure compliance.
• Perform AML screenings and flag anomalies for further investigation.
• Communicate directly with merchants via call and email to support and accelerate the onboarding timeline.

Requirements

• Degree in a paralegal field or at least 1 year of KYC/AML experience in a regulated entity.
• Fluent in Italian and English (French or Spanish is a plus).
• Comfortable with repetitive, operational work and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to utilize AI tools in daily workflows to find innovative solutions.
