What you will do

  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and maintain financial records.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with corporate functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor costs and implement robust financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate project and cost controlling for various corporate functional initiatives.
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare reports with key KPIs to support management.

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance roles.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment with strong financial reporting and analytics skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel for building large-scale databases.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
  • Experience in the retail, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in project controlling.
  • Knowledge of Cognos/TM1 tools.
