What you will do
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and maintain financial records.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with corporate functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor costs and implement robust financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate project and cost controlling for various corporate functional initiatives.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare reports with key KPIs to support management.
Requirements
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance roles.
- Experience working in a multinational environment with strong financial reporting and analytics skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel for building large-scale databases.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
- Experience in the retail, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- Experience in project controlling.
- Knowledge of Cognos/TM1 tools.
