What you will do

• Manage the full technical implementation lifecycle for new partners, from initial requirements gathering to final configuration.
• Perform functional analysis of insurance products and business rules to define specifications for coverage, pricing, and workflows.
• Map complex business processes into clear functional specifications and design the implementation strategy.
• Execute hands-on technical setup and configuration within the hirify.global platform.
• Act as the primary technical expert for partners, providing guidance on API integrations.
• Collaborate with Product teams to funnel partner insights and improve internal platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roles combining functional analysis (process modeling, requirements gathering) with technical configuration.
• Background in SaaS or InsurTech environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of APIs and software configuration.
• Consultative approach with the ability to challenge requests to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Proactive and autonomous work ethic with a strong sense of ownership over projects.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Brussels, Belgium
