IT / Web Scrapping / QA Tester Internship / AI Automation - WFH/Remote Work

Location: Work from home for the whole internship period; international students and locals are welcome

hirify.global is developing an AI-powered platform that matches students and job seekers with educational institutions, training centers, language schools, and employers.

What you will do

• Scrape website data using HTML, Python, Beautiful Soup, Selenium, PyCharm, and related tools.
• Compare CSV data with website content, verify code output, and store files in Dropbox.
• Perform manual software testing for websites and applications, documenting bugs, errors, and possible solutions.
• Automate bug testing with Cypress and perform AI automation testing using Recombee where relevant.
• Research and help develop platform features such as chatbots and automated responses.
• Support UI/UX analysis and project coordination using Adobe XD and Jira when needed.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in IT or a related field, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, computer engineering, mechatronics, or electrical-circuit-related studies.
• Basic understanding of Java, Python, SQL, HTML, R, and other programming languages.
• Good command of English; English is the only language used on the job.
• Good time management, attention to detail, ability to work quickly, handle stress, communicate, and ask for help when needed.
• Minimum internship commitment: 2 months.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, PyCharm, Selenium, Beautiful Soup, Scrapestorm, or Octoparse.
• Experience in AI development, deep learning, natural language processing, or DevOps.
• Experience with Adobe XD, Bootstrap, AngularJS, EmberJS, jQuery, Ionic, or full-stack development.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Dropbox, Airtable, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Interest in automating processes and workflows and developing innovative ideas.

• Primary communication tools include Skype and Dropbox, with possible Microsoft Teams use alongside senior developers.
