What you will do

• Monitor debit and credit card transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Report identified frauds to relevant departments for further deep analysis.
• Handle queries and complaints from MasterCard, Visa, member banks, and law enforcement.
• Provide temporary credit and manage card blocks or releases for eligible customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver high-quality service in alignment with ADCB Service Standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of total work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Dubai, UAE.
