What you will do

  • Provide Level 2 support for both hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal system downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal IS&D teams and airport staff to maintain service reliability.
  • Document incidents, interventions, and preventive actions to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Native Japanese fluency.
  • Communicative English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced airport environment.
