What you will do
- Provide Level 2 support for both hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal system downtime.
- Collaborate with internal IS&D teams and airport staff to maintain service reliability.
- Document incidents, interventions, and preventive actions to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Native Japanese fluency.
- Communicative English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced airport environment.
