Head of Partner Experience (Marketplace): Define and execute the strategy for the Partner/Supply Experience domain across the platform with an accent on building a scalable product ecosystem for partners. Focus on transforming manual supply-side processes into sustainable platform solutions and enhancing partner quality through data-driven systems.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the strategy for the Partner/Supply Experience domain across the platform.
  • Build and evolve the product ecosystem for partners, including dashboards, performance systems, and adtech tooling.
  • Make the supply-side ecosystem more transparent, scalable, and data-driven.
  • Improve partner quality and performance through product systems, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Design and implement mechanisms for partner onboarding, performance management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading products or platform initiatives within marketplaces, aggregators, or platform businesses.
  • Strong experience working with supply-side ecosystems, partner networks, or B2B marketplace operations.
  • Ability to manage supply quality at scale through product systems rather than manual operations.
  • Deep understanding of performance systems, ranking models, and incentive mechanisms.
  • Fluent Russian.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Background in ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, classifieds, or creator economy platforms.
  • Experience with vertical marketplaces.
