Location: Hybrid (London, Shoreditch), must be in office 3 days a week

What you will do

• Own the integrations product area end-to-end, defining requirements and a 6–8 month roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to drive delivery, mitigate risks, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate directly with NHS GP practices and Trusts to design scalable integration solutions.
• Review and critique designs, balancing UX and technical considerations to maintain a high bar for product craft.
• Define and track key metrics using reporting and visualization to sharpen prioritization.
• Share insights and product thinking with the wider internal PM community.

Requirements

• Strong product thinking and sound prioritization judgment.
• Proven experience as a delivery partner working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Deep user empathy with a focus on outcomes and impact over feature shipping.
• Experience in complex, regulated environments (exposure to healthcare, NHS systems, or system integrations is preferred).
• Clear and proactive communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions through usage analysis and metric definition.
