Senior Fullstack Developer (Headless)

Location: Hybrid in Groningen, Netherlands or Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do

• Build scalable and maintainable front-end applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop REST API, GraphQL, webhook, backend, SaaS, and API gateway integrations.
• Design and implement secure, high-performing, accessible, and composable applications.
• Translate UI/UX concepts, business requirements, and client needs into technical solutions.
• Own technical architecture and end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with designers, engineers, clients, and SaaS partners.
• Guide and mentor developers through technical leadership and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience building modern React applications.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, backend integrations, and API-first or headless architectures.
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, secure development, accessibility, and usability.
• Experience translating business and client requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven systems, API gateways, SaaS integrations, and headless platforms.
• Knowledge of ARIA, keyboard navigation, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery.
• Experience in a digital agency or fast-paced project environment.
