What you will do

• Develop and execute 360° marketing plans to increase user adoption and transaction volume for payment products like QRPH and WebPay.
• Identify and manage strategic relationships with merchants, billers, and telco partners.
• Design and implement high-impact co-marketing campaigns, including cashback promotions and exclusive discounts.
• Utilize consumer insights and competitive intelligence to tailor global best practices to the unique nuances of the Filipino market.
• Own end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from budgeting and planning to creative development and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on growth goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user growth, marketing, or partnership roles.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners.
• Deep understanding of the digital payments landscape and user behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience within leading payment companies or e-wallets in the Philippines (e.g., GCash, Maya).
• Experience with global fintech companies or internet company ventures in Southeast Asia.
