What you will do

• Provide high-quality general dental care to patients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical team to improve performance.
• Shape clinical standards, protocols, and the overall patient journey.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive operational and clinical excellence.
• Champion governance and continuous improvement within the practice.
• Optionally participate in a shared ownership model to gain a stake in the practice's success.

Requirements

• GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience.
• Natural leadership abilities with the capacity to communicate clearly and build trust.
• Must work in practice a minimum of 2-3 days per week for the leadership role.
• Strong commitment to patient-centred care.
• Motivation to develop others and improve practice operations.
