Location: Availability to work on-site at the Ramat Gan office 4 days per week

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers to develop leadership skills.
• Own and execute HR processes and lead talent management initiatives.
• Drive projects focused on employee engagement and performance management.
• Measure program impact and refine content based on organizational needs.
• Manage change communication to align daily work with company strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Israel's employment law and global standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP.
• Based in or able to work from the Ramat Gan office 4 days per week.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a commercial approach.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Expertise in Israel's employment law.
