Location: Hybrid (Zürich). Must be based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Team day every Thursday in the Zurich office.

What you will do
- Own and maintain the compliance risk universe, including GDPR, FADP, economic sanctions, and anti-bribery controls.
- Drive automation and process improvements for compliance tooling to build a scalable function.
- Develop and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain the compliance monitoring plan and lead preparations for external audits and regulatory assessments.
- Track legal and regulatory developments in CH/LI and advise management on operational impacts.
- Design and deliver internal compliance training programs across the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in law, business law, or a certification in Compliance.
- 4+ years of experience in Compliance within Swiss/Liechtenstein indemnity insurance.
- Proven track record managing core compliance risks under CH/LI regulatory frameworks.
- Strong familiarity with the Swiss and Liechtenstein insurance regulatory framework.
- Fluent English proficiency; German is a strong asset.
- Passion for automation, tooling, and building efficient, scalable processes.
