• Develop and refine 2LoD controls to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Execute recurring compliance controls with a focus on client suitability and pricing practices.
• Partner with client-facing units to address control weaknesses and track remediation.
• Analyze and validate control outputs and exception reports.
• Coordinate with business relationship managers to discuss findings and drive accountability.
• Represent control design and performance during internal and external audits.

Требования

• Banking apprenticeship or university degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Banking, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Solid understanding of client suitability rules and MiFID II principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
