What you will do

• Lead the resolution of high-severity (Sev1/Sev2) and security-critical incidents.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement clear remediation and prevention plans.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and threats, providing mitigation aligned with OWASP and industry standards.
• Advise global customers on secure architecture and best practices for platform hardening.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence the security roadmap based on field insights.
• Drive automation and AI-driven improvements for security detection and response.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or security engineering.
• Deep expertise in Application Security, Platform Security, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Java, APIs, web technologies, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Ability to remain decisive in high-pressure situations and communicate effectively at an executive level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
