What you will do

• Build and secure the platform infrastructure, specifically hardening Kubernetes environments.
• Secure CI/CD pipelines, manage secrets, and implement strict access controls.
• Own the compliance program end-to-end, driving certifications such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Design and build automated systems to prevent security issues and set operational standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners regarding security.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or security-focused roles.
• Proven experience running Kubernetes in production and writing IaC (Terraform, Helm).
• Solid practical grasp of IAM and network security.
• Experience owning or contributing significantly to a compliance process.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Stockholm.
