What you will do

• Coordinate daily show operations and internal communications via email.
• Generate essential show documents, including scripts and show maps.
• Manage advertiser workflows and ensure all associated assets are correctly integrated.
• Perform quality control (QC) on assets and final episodes.
• Handle the upload, scheduling, and metadata optimization (titles, tags) for episodes and clips across all platforms.
• Administer guest bookings and manage YouTube ad slots.

Requirements

• 1+ years of production experience specifically for podcasts or news shows.
• Strong editorial judgment regarding current cultural, faith, and political media landscapes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar).
• Working knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, mixing, and color correction.
• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX

Nice to have

• Basic editing skills in Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with Opus AI and Megaphone.
• Familiarity with Octopus or equivalent TV Content Management Platforms.
• Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio recording.
• Experience with Wrike or other project management tools.
