What you will do

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across tolling and violation processing workflows to drive cost efficiency and scalability.
• Design, build, test, and deploy robust RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to embed automation into day-to-day workflows with minimal disruption.
• Track and report on automation impact, focusing on cost savings, error reduction, and throughput improvements.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
• Promote an automation mindset and train internal teams to work alongside automated processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
• Proven ability to design and develop automation workflows end-to-end.
• Experience working in high-volume processing or operations environments (e.g., BPO, payments, or mobility).
• Deep understanding of process mapping and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and preferably SQL.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

• Good understanding of systems integration, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience translating operational needs into technical automation solutions with a clear focus on ROI.
