What you will do

• Develop models capable of real-time adaptation and continuous evolution.
• Research and implement efficiency, gradient-free exploration, and real-time learning techniques.
• Optimize the full ML stack across software, hardware, and algorithmic domains to unlock system-wide efficiency.
• Translate research ideas into working products to ensure tangible real-world impact.
• Collaborate with a distributed global team to push the boundaries of continual adaptation.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent research experience in a computer science field.
• 4-5+ years of industry experience.
• Proven publishing record at top-tier conferences such as ICML, NeurIPS, ACL, ICLR, or EMNLP.
• Deep expertise in model efficiency, real-time alignment, or algorithmic optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of model optimization techniques including RLHF and fine-tuning.
• Experience working in an industry lab with computing at scale.
