What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize build infrastructure for large-scale software projects.
• Leverage Bazel and related technologies to improve developer productivity and build reliability.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers across multiple domains to solve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to open-source projects within the Bazel ecosystem.
• Consult directly with clients to present and implement high-quality technical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Bazel and modern build systems.
• Senior-level experience in software engineering.
• Deep understanding of build system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with developer productivity tooling and CI/CD environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating legacy build systems to Bazel.
• Experience optimizing Bazel remote caching and remote build execution (RBE).
• Broad exposure to multiple programming languages and platforms.
