What you will do

• Own and automate the enablement platform and productivity tooling to drive efficiency across the CI/CD stack.
• Modernize the delivery platform to support AI-augmented and agentic development and automation-first engineering.
• Develop scalable, self-service CI/CD capabilities and reliable build, release, and deployment workflows.
• Improve pipeline performance, feedback loops, and artifact handling to reduce developer friction.
• Implement and standardize organization-wide CI standards, governance, and secure automation patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise in CI systems like GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and artifact management via Artifactory.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Proficiency in Terraform and operating platform infrastructure within AWS.
• Experience with secure CI/CD practices and secrets management using tools like Vault.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-enabled engineering workflows and agentic engineering practices.
• Experience driving the adoption of platform standards across large-scale engineering organizations.
