What you will do

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 24-bed neurosciences unit.
• Manage medical and surgical treatments for acute neurological and spine disorders, including TBI, stroke, and seizures.
• Care for neurosurgical patients, including those with aneurysm repairs, CS leaks, and lumbar drains.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain top-decile patient satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required (ADN acceptable with a commitment to obtain BSN within three years).
• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong interpersonal, analytic, and collaborative skills.
