What you will do

  • Create and maintain automated test cases and execute suites for a social news aggregation platform.
  • Develop and troubleshoot automated test suites via CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback.
  • Maintain test infrastructure stability across non-production environments.
  • Collaborate with developers to create test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Identify root causes of issues through triaging and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
  • Influence the engineering organization on unit, integration, and end-to-end testing standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
  • Experience with TypeScript and Playwright.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and quality checks in the workflow.
  • English: Working proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using JIRA and Confluence in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience testing across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
  • Experience with API testing.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with weekly production releases.
