What you will do
- Meet and greet VIP and Loyalty Program guests, ensuring adherence to Accor service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries, serving as a "One-Stop Shop" for problem resolution.
- Liaise with travel agents, tour operators, and company bookers to conduct site inspections.
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to personalize the stay for long-term and VIP guests.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and history records using the OPERA system.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel facilities and the local environment, including culture and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluency in German, French, or Polish.
- Professional experience in the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in El Qusseir, Egypt.
