What you will do

• Develop a fully automated dispute platform to prevent, deflect, and recover chargebacks.
• Build and maintain a high-performing, scalable chargeback management system handling tens of thousands of daily requests.
• Define and optimize the scale, reliability, observability, and SLOs of the platform.
• Collaborate on the entire product lifecycle, from design to production.
• Promote high-quality engineering practices, including thorough testing and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex backend systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and working with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS or other public clouds.
• Significant experience with data stores and pipelines such as Kafka, Redis, ElasticSearch, and MySQL.
• Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office at least 3 days per week.
