What you will do

• Develop the hirify.global web application end-to-end, from frontend interfaces to backend APIs.
• Collaborate with the design team to build elegant and intuitive user experiences.
• Write and optimize APIs to deliver and transform data from multiple 3rd party sources.
• Help shape the product roadmap and plan agile sprints based on user feedback.
• Participate in the hiring process, including interviewing and team growth decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in a 0-1 role within an early-stage team.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing production web applications.
• Proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience building APIs and working with relational databases like Postgres.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to different tech stacks.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL or ElasticSearch.
• Experience with headless browsers.
• Knowledge of data pipelines.
