What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project briefs, define tasks, and track progress.
• Organize and lead kickoff meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Support company events and various marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing.
• Highly fluent in English (C1+).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday.com.
