What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Lead and execute technical implementations and platform configurations.
  • Facilitate daily customer meetings, including onboarding sessions, training workshops, and QBRs.
  • Analyze customer business objectives and technical environments to proactively drive ROI.
  • Serve as a technical trusted advisor, providing product guidance and best practices.
  • Identify risks and lead resolution efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience leading onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of sales, revenue, and business processes.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
