What you will do
- Serve as the primary focal point for the NOC team.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues following escalation procedures.
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries in accordance with SLA commitments.
- Conduct regular system behavior reviews to proactively identify risks.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer environments and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC or a technical support role.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work from the office or in a hybrid model in Hod Hasharon.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting for automation and efficiency.
