TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Hod Hasharon (Hybrid/Onsite)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary focal point for the NOC team.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues following escalation procedures.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries in accordance with SLA commitments.
  • Conduct regular system behavior reviews to proactively identify risks.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer environments and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC or a technical support role.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work from the office or in a hybrid model in Hod Hasharon.

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting for automation and efficiency.
