Senior Full Stack Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build complete operational modules end-to-end, from React UI to Node.js services and relational data models.
• Design and ship high-density data views and complex operational workflows for the CX platform.
• Implement BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) and aggregation layers to standardize payloads and enforce strict authorization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate daily workflows into technical solutions that materially reduce handling times.
• Champion clean engineering patterns and mentor peers to elevate the overall engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• English: Fluent or advanced (Upper-intermediate/B2+ required)
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and web standards (HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP).
• Strong Node.js skills with a proven ability to design well-structured REST APIs and clean backend patterns.
• Experience with relational data modeling, schema design, and query optimization in PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and securing sensitive data.

Nice to have

• Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications.
• Background working in highly regulated sectors such as Fintech or Healthcare.
