What you will do

• Own and mature identity and access management infrastructure including SSO, MFA, and directory services.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows.
• Implement secure-by-design principles like just-in-time provisioning, least privilege, and policy-as-code.
• Secure human and non-human identities including service accounts, API keys, and workload identities.
• Partner with Infrastructure, IT, and Platform teams to build efficient, secure self-service access workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in workforce identity and access control systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience building integrations via APIs, SCIM, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with identity platforms (IDP, IGA, PAM, CloudIAM) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD security.
• Collaborative approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $155,000–$240,000 USD
