What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal IT teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure all project deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
• Evaluate customer needs to propose and document effective technical solutions.
• Liaise with vendors and internal personnel to resolve technical issues and support requests.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal anti-bribery policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT or client-facing technical role.
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Technical knowledge of Cloud/on-premises infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft server products.
