Location: Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal IT teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and sponsors.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure all project deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
- Evaluate customer needs to propose and document effective technical solutions.
- Liaise with vendors and internal personnel to resolve technical issues and support requests.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal anti-bribery policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an IT or client-facing technical role.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Technical knowledge of Cloud/on-premises infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft server products.
