What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent partner implementations from design through to go-live.
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define integration scope and delivery priorities.
• Ensure all solutions meet internal quality standards and operational requirements.
• Analyze partner systems and e-commerce platforms to provide actionable feedback for product improvement.
• Drive structured problem-solving across complex technical and operational challenges.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical delivery, API integrations, or solutions engineering.
• Hands-on experience with integration flows and technical implementation processes.
• Strong understanding of system architectures and troubleshooting in partner environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a structured approach.
• Self-driven and autonomous with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working directly with external partners or clients during technical implementations.
