What you will do

• Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, and KPIs for SAP HANA initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare executive-level dashboards.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate change management and communication activities for SAP HANA implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO support within an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven experience with SAP HANA or other SAP solutions in a project delivery context.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
