What you will do

• Collect and analyze sales data from internal systems including CRM, ERP, and Excel.
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Track key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales cycles.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables and formulas.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of sales funnels and commercial metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into business language for non-technical teams.
