What you will do

• Develop subject-matter expertise to guide AI research and system development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define AI system capabilities.
• Execute prompt engineering and fine-tuning to improve model performance.
• Build proprietary datasets and benchmarks to evaluate AI model outputs.
• Partner with clients to identify workflow pain points and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform hands-on evaluation and grading of model outputs to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent post-graduate qualification required.
• 3-7 years of experience at a law firm, financial institution, or professional service provider.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under demanding deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex problems between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to define success criteria in ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to perform hands-on, detailed work to train and improve AI models.
