TL;DR

Operational Platform Specialist (DevOps/ITOps): Ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of critical business platforms across all support levels (L1–L3) with an accent on incident resolution, system monitoring, and infrastructure automation. Focus on building and maintaining platform standards, managing Infrastructure as Code, and bridging the gap between operations and engineering teams.

Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Implement platform paved road standards aligned to reference architectures.
  • Operate core platform services including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD runners, and ingress controllers.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules using Terraform and Helm.
  • Provide consultative support and guidance to engineering teams for platform adoption.
  • Manage incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation across L1-L3 support.
  • Ensure auditability and compliance by maintaining configuration baselines and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations support of enterprise platforms and applications.
  • Demonstrated capability in L1-L3 support activities and incident management.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
  • Experience with database layers (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and monitoring tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Athens, Greece.
