What you will do

• Own end-to-end tax compliance for Nigeria and Ghana, including CIT provisioning, VAT treatment, and WHT obligations.
• Design and maintain contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and ensure alignment with global TP policy.
• Serve as the primary interface with the NRS and GRA for audits, assessments, enquiries, and objections.
• Provide tax input for entity structuring, product launches, and device import strategies (CBU vs CKD/SKD).
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on customs duty strategy and landed cost modelling.
• Build and mentor a regional tax team as the market scales.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) with a professional tax qualification.
• Deep specialization in Nigerian corporate tax with a proven track record managing NRS audit engagements.
• Extensive experience preparing transfer pricing documentation in multi-entity environments.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and the interaction between accounting standards and tax treatments.
• Capability to operate across multiple West African jurisdictions, specifically Nigeria and Ghana.
