What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines primarily using SQL.
• Develop and optimize complex queries to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical data solutions.
• Support experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data validation.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver datasets for dashboards (e.g., Metabase) and perform data storytelling.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience building data transformations.
• Experience working with stakeholders to define data requirements.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Metabase.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
