What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and shared libraries used across multiple product teams.
• Architect and evolve database schemas for SQL and NoSQL stores, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Build and manage authentication, authorization, and identity services using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT.
• Collaborate with product engineering and DevOps teams on deployment, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive the long-term technical direction and architectural decisions for the shared backend platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with modern languages such as Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or C#.
• Proficiency in database design and management, including schema design and query optimization for PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, with familiarity in gRPC or GraphQL.
• Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC/ABAC).
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and observability tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or distributed team environment.
