What you will do

• Ensure the highest standards of product quality and safety during the second shift.
• Execute daily QA procedures, maintain meticulous records, and perform various inspections.
• Check micro results and oversee the release or destruction of finished products.

• Collaborate with Plant Operations to improve product quality and efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Provide guidance and aid in training employees on quality standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA experience within the food industry or manufacturing sector.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (read and write) is required.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and Sanitation Standards.
• Must be able to work onsite in Kenilworth, NJ.
• Degree in a science field is preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability in work attendance.
