What you will do

• Own 7×24 security operations and incident response for AI Data Centers (AIDCs) in California, Tennessee, and Washington.
• Develop SIEM detection rules and lead hypothesis-driven threat hunting based on MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Implement host and network hardening, including Linux baselines, GPU isolation, and InfiniBand configuration.
• Manage perimeter defense, DDoS mitigation, and traffic analysis across the Americas region.
• Handle US law enforcement requests, including subpoenas and warrants, in coordination with Legal.
• Synchronize security operations and compliance (SOC 2) with the Singapore HQ via daily handoffs and weekly syncs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of info sec experience, with 5+ years strictly focused on cloud infrastructure/IaaS/data center security.
• Proven experience as an Incident Commander leading multiple P0/P1 security incidents.
• Deep expertise in Linux system security, TCP/IP, KVM/QEMU virtualization, and Kubernetes security.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell; experience with SIEM (Wazuh, Splunk, Elastic) and SIGMA rules.
• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required for communication with US customers and Singapore HQ.
• At least one industry certification: GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, OSCP, CISSP, or CCSP.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go or Rust.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
