What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure AI systems built on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot agent frameworks.
• Act as the primary owner of AI-specific security controls to safeguard model pipelines, agentic workflows, and enterprise data.
• Perform technical analysis and security engineering activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
• Establish and enforce technical security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
• Automate security processes using scripting and other technical methods.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing Microsoft cybersecurity tools and expertise within this stack.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-500 or SC-200/100.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be located in Porto, Portugal.
