What you will do

• Design and implement scalable web applications to support autonomous robotaxi operations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to build and ship new features.
• Optimize existing software systems by improving latency, resource usage, and database performance.
• Work across the full stack to support fleet monitoring and real-time rider tools.
• Grow technical expertise through mentorship and collaboration with senior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Foster City, CA
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or Python.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Svelte and backend frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in low-level languages such as Java, Kotlin, C, C++, or Rust.
• Familiarity with Linux system protocols, firmware, and ECUs.
• Experience developing tools specifically for operational support.
